Design Services
Network Design
Information and communications is delivered using a variety of network techniques built around traditional architectures that can involve PBX's, routers, leased lines, and virtual private networks. With the advent of mobility solutions, client server applications, voice applications and the Internet, it is vitally important that the design of the network infrastructure is designed correctly in order to take full advantage of the benefits these solutions bring.
Building on the premise of choice, value and evolution, enabling you to engage the future whilst leveraging the value added by your past investments, network design provides a realistic evaluation of future network developments by outlining solutions for developable and adaptable network structures.
Following on from need analysis and requirements specification, design incorporates the development of procedures, service level agreements, and network documentation to ensure consistent standards in service delivery. For communications servers, network design spans the following:
- Network topology
- Synchronization
- Numbering Plans
- Routing schemes
- Traffic Analysis
Network Optimization
NES Communications applies its skills, experience and resources to provide a range of services focused on optimizing networks and systems to meet your requirements.
In an organization with a truly tuned architecture, processes should be simple, effective and repeatable. The people involved will be informed and empowered. Good financial management will exist with defined performance measures being achieved. Appropriate and fit for purpose equipment and technologies will be evident and well utilized. Finally the information needed to do the job will be freely available and up to date.
Focusing on people, processes, finance, information and equipment, we will identify ways to leverage increased returns from your investment in communications infrastructure and deliver improved services to the desktop.
Scope of activities include, but are not limited to:
- Data and voice networks - evaluation of requirements and design
- Convergence - evaluation of methodologies and benefits
- Call Management Information analysis - examining call profiles and spends to optimize the cost of running the network
- Benchmarking Analysis ( Tariff/Billing/Usage ) - examining costs and usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction
Maintenance Service Packages - MSP
For customers which use Siemens communications products that wants to ensure business continuity we provide standard service packages that ensure availability of our service personal.
There are two types of NES Service Packages, for
- SME that is applicable for HiPath 2000, HiPath 3000, HiPath 5000, HiPath OpenOffice ME and MX and for the customers that still use HiCom 150 family PBXs.
- LE that is applicable for HiPath 4000 and for the customers that still use HiCom 300 family PBXs.
We do recommend these Maintenance Service Packages, as the most optimistic choice for the customer that still run some of our Siemens products of earlier generation and are in use for more that 5 or 10 years, even.
According to normal Product Life Cycle such products are being replaced by new ones and are not supported by standard service support channels. However we do provide the support even for those products for the customers that take some of the our MSP packages, because providing of services on case by case and time by time base is not economical and not acceptable for customers.
By ordering some of our packages you become VIP client and get guaranteed response time for remote access and for on-site inspection even for your older PBXs.
